This third book of poetry and images, and twelfth book overall, is dedicated to works written that have been influenced by the author's personal struggle with OCD (Obsessive-compulsive disorder) in some way. Some deal with the dark realities of the condition and how it can impact one's thoughts and emotions. Some focus on victories and overcoming OCD's grip on everyday living. Some provide a bit of both.

Greiner's hope in writing this book is to provide a sense of understanding and kinship for those who feel lost or alone in their battle. He hopes to show that they are not alone and can indeed combat this disease with their own will, the help of others, and the grace of God.
